Chainmail predated this white box? Yes?

But was clearly a wargame.

Hey all - I’m Shottglazz. Glad to see PPG back, thanks for the email Farcaster.

I’ve been playing RPG’s since the late '89…hit 40 years playing this summer. My main favourite is 2e AD&D, but I’ve played dozens and run many different systems.
I love worldbuilding and tweaking 2e Rolemaster to fit different genres. It works surprisingly well with steampunk and a game I based on the video game Dishonored - about 2 years before that RPG came out.

My players (I’m normally the DM) say I use undead too much, but then they chose an ā€œundead huntersā€ theme for the newest campaign we’re starting?

I thought about publishing original content over the years, but the closest I got was an article in Dragonsfoot magazine #10 and playtesting Runequest 2nd ed.

2nd ed…hmmm bit of a theme with me. Most of the games I’ve enjoyed over the years are 2nd ed: AD&D, Rolemaster, Shadowrun, V:TM…

Huh, I feel like a newborn baby! I’m DeZako, and I’ve been roleplaying for a measly 10 years now, since I roped some friends into playing DnD 3.5. I since pivoted to 5e, and lastly (for now) migrated to Stars/Worlds without Number. Mostly GMing, of course…

I am an artist by profession, and a spaniard, so I love reading about the experiences of people in roleplaying circles from other places and seeing what it has or hasn’t in common with my own!

Of course! Consider yourself warned!

They should be if they aren’t.

Hampton Roads? I spent the first 30 years of life there - A lot of that time hanging out at Campaign Headquarters and Worlds Best Comics.
