From the back cover: “The STRIKE Crisis Manuals are a new series in the Tiny Legacies continuum of sourcebooks for the Tiny Supers RPG. Each volume introduces new superhumans, or sometimes just extraordinary humans, that could present any number of different complications…” As of 8/15/2025 the 2 manuals aren’t available on DTRPG, but in my last communication with Kyoudai Games (and in one update on the KickStarter page) like 6 people hadn’t responded with information needed to get the necessary rewards out to them, so that likely is delaying general release.
Chapter One is the basic introduction to the manuals and includes the STRIKE Power Index (alpha, beta, delta, gamma, and omega), each with a description of how powerful someone at that tier is, and File Hierarchy, which includes: Allied Superhero Organizations (ASO) and High-Threat Organizations (HTO).
The rest of the chapters are new Supers to add to your campaign. Some are heroes, others local, regional, or international threats, with one (Tyrant) being an existential threat. Other Supers include: Psibernetix, Crimewave, Bloodfist, and Darkblade IV.
All in all, it’s a great addition to a game that is already pretty epic with the other source material (at least that I’m aware of) that’s been put out.
