Right out of my Player’s Manual, the art is helpful.
Half Hobgoblin is because the way Orcs are portrayed in my world half Orcs cannot happen. If they do, everyone involved is killed, by the Orcs. Hobgoblins have a very Klingon-like culture, and will take non hobgoblins into their tribes.
The various Ane and Ane derivative races require the Phoenix Psionic System
