Are you referring to a mobile (iOS / Android) app? If so, that is not in the works. The website itself has been designed to work natively with all the functionality you might expect directly in your phone’s browser.

I believe most phones (androids, at least) allow you to save most websites as a mini-app… at least mine did. I was able to save this site as a mini-app on my phone by going into the phone browser menu and saving it to desktop.
